Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope
These terms of sale apply to any paid purchase made on IslandDex, on the website as well as the mobile app. They complement the terms of use, which remain applicable for anything not specific to a purchase. The seller is the site's publisher, identified in the legal notice.
2. Products and prices
Currently on sale are paid featuring days for a map (1, 3 or 7 days), which improve the map's visibility in the feed for the chosen duration, without guaranteeing any number of views or players, as well as a pack of 4 themed mouse cursors, which unlocks these cursors on your account. Other products (AI thumbnail generation credit packs, featuring from the app) are planned but not yet open for sale. Prices are shown in euros, tax included, before any purchase is confirmed. They may change; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of order.
3. Order and payment
On the website, payment is processed by Stripe: you are redirected to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe, then brought back to the site once payment is complete. On the mobile app, payment goes through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems. In both cases, we never receive or store your banking details. The order is considered confirmed once the payment provider confirms payment.
4. Performance
The purchased product (featuring, or unlocked cursors) is applied automatically as soon as payment is confirmed, in principle immediately, sometimes with a very brief technical delay. If performance exceptionally cannot take place (for example a map deleted between purchase and payment confirmation), we will contact you to arrange a refund.
5. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun after your prior express agreement and your express waiver of your right of withdrawal. By confirming your purchase, you request immediate performance of the service (the featuring, or unlocking the cursors) and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. VAT
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption for small businesses). The prices shown are therefore final prices.
7. Complaints and mediation
For any question or complaint about a purchase, you can write to us at contact@kurtystudio.fr. Failing an amicable resolution, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with articles L616-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
8. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. How your personal data related to a purchase is processed is described in our privacy policy.
