How do I play a Fortnite map with an island code?
Copy the island code (format 1234-5678-9012) from its page on IslandDex, open Fortnite, go to the Discover tab and paste the code into the search bar: the island shows up, ready to launch.

These are tags describing the type of game: deathrun = trapped obstacle course, 1v1 = duel to practice build fights, tycoon = a base you grow by earning money, parkour = jumps and platforms to clear without falling. Each tag has its own page gathering the matching maps.

Yes: browsing maps, submitting them, liking and earning points is free. Only a few extras are paid: featured days, credits for the AI tools and UEFN assets.
Why am I asked for my age range?
This question is optional: it is only used for overall statistics to better understand the community. Your answer is never shown, shared or used for advertising. You can skip, change or remove it at any time from your profile.
How do I submit a map to IslandDex?
Sign in, open the Submit a map page and enter the island code: if the island is public, its title and tags are pre-filled from Epic Games. You can submit any map, even if you're not its creator.
Submit a mapHow do I claim my creator name?
From the page of one of your maps, ask to claim your creator name: IslandDex gives you a code to add to the island's title in Fortnite, which proves it's yours. All your maps, present and future, are then linked to you: you can edit them and feature them.
How do I feature my map?
A featured map jumps to the top of the feed. You can feature it for free with your points or the days you earned on the leaderboard podium, or buy a few days. Only maps whose creator name you have claimed can be featured.
How do I earn points, XP and a rank?
You earn points and XP by taking part: submitting maps, getting likes, referring friends… Points can be spent, for example to feature a map; XP is never spent and raises your rank. The most active members of the month reach the leaderboard podium.

UEFN Tools help creators prepare their island: AI-generated thumbnail, text logo, 2D and 3D text editors… UEFN Assets are resources ready to import into UEFN, such as 3D brainrot models in FBX format.
