Delete my IslandDex account

From the app or the site

This is the fastest way: sign in, open your account menu, then choose “Delete my account”. To confirm, you'll need to type supprime mon compte (the French phrase, exactly as shown).

1. App: tap your avatar in the top right, then “Delete my account”.
2. Site: click your name in the top right, then “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

• Your account and the information attached to it (sign-in provider identifier, display name, email address, username and avatar).
• Your likes, favorites, alerts, devices registered for notifications, reports, creator-name claims, as well as your points, your XP, your login streak, your referral code and links, and your rewards history. Your leaderboard placements disappear; those in the monthly hall of fame are kept but are no longer linked to you (“Deleted account”).
• Your answer to the usage question and your thumbnail generation history.
• Your unused thumbnail credits (no refund).

What is kept

The maps you've submitted are kept: they keep the community alive and remain visible. They are no longer linked to you and no longer display any data about you. Information published by Epic Games (title, island creator name) remains Epic Games'. Some data may be kept for as long as required by law (for example, for purchases).

Can't sign in anymore?

Write to us from the email address linked to your account, stating which sign-in provider you used (Google or Epic Games): contact@kurtystudio.fr. We handle the request within one month at most. If your email isn't known to us, we may ask you to sign in again to confirm your identity.
